Hey there! Thank you for the heart to serve the kids and youths in CEACT/CPF!
We believe children are a gift from the Lord and they are the #1 mission field in the church.
We also believe safety is the #1 priority in next gen ministry. Safety from physical, sexual, spiritual and any form of abuse.
This is where each of you will play a valuable part. Please complete the requirements below, and remember to always keep an eye out for any suspicious / dangerous activities.
Step 1 : Police Check
Before you start serving, please submit a police check in the vulnerable sector within the last 3 years.
If you don't have one, or it has expired, the church will pay for you to get one.
Step 2 : Plan To Protect
Plan to Protect® is a nationally recognized abuse prevention and protection program designed for faith communities serving the vulnerable sector. It equips ministry workers with practical tools to prevent abuse, respond appropriately to disclosures, and maintain a culture of safety.
You are required to take the full course every 4 years and the refresher course every 2 years.

Step 3 : Submit For Approval
Once you have the police check results and plan to protect certificate, submit them to your ministry leader for documentation.
