A cool adventure awaits—get ready for the coolest VBS ever!❄️
Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a one-week summer program for children from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6, happening from July 27–31.
This year, we’re bringing a refreshing winter-themed adventure to the middle of summer, inviting children to step into an exciting, icy world as they discover the wonder of God’s Word. Through engaging and age-appropriate Bible lessons, children will learn that the Bible is the Book of Books—unique in every way, a solid foundation for our lives, and a loving message from God that shows us how we can become His children.
Throughout the week, children will enjoy a wide variety of fun and enriching activities, including interactive Bible learning, science experiments, arts and crafts, games, special program, and a special field trip. Our goal is to provide a safe, joyful, and faith-filled environment where children can grow in their understanding of God, build meaningful friendships, and create lasting summer memories.

Registration Details:
- Date: July 27- 31, 2026
- Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Registration period: Feb 6th - Apr 5th, 2026
- Camp Fee:
- Feb 6 – Mar 1 (Early Bird): $190 per camper
- Mar 2 onward: $200 per camper
- It includes one camp T-shirt, two daily snacks, a field trip, all project materials for the week and Friday pizza lunch (campers must bring their own lunch Monday–Thursday).
- After camp care : $6 per day (4pm-5:30pm)
- Age: Campers from JK (must be currently enrolled in JK at school) to grade 6 are welcome!
- Payment can be made to via e-transfer. You will receive more details on how to make the payment once you submit the registration form.
You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt once the camp fee is received. We manually process the payment so please allow about a week for us to process your e-transfer.

我們的暑期聖經營（Vacation Bible School, VBS）將於 7 月 27–31 日舉行，是一個為 幼稚園（JK）至六年級孩子精心設計的一周夏令營。
今年我們特別在炎炎夏日中推出一個充滿想象力的冬季主題探險，帶領孩子們走進冰雪世界，在輕鬆有趣的氛圍中認識神的話語。透過生動且符合孩子年齡的聖經課程，孩子們將認識到聖經是獨一無二的書中之書，是我們生命穩固的根基，也是神寫給我們的愛之信，引導我們認識祂並成為祂的兒女。
在這一周中，孩子們還將參與豐富多元的活動，包括互動式聖經學習、科學實驗、美術手工、團體遊戲，以及一次令人期待的戶外參訪（field trip）。我們盼望在一個安全、喜樂、充滿愛與信仰的環境中，陪伴孩子建立友誼、認識神，並留下難忘的夏日回憶。

FAQ
What is your refund policy? 如果我需要退款怎麼辦?
Refund requests must be made by Monday, July 13. A $50 administrative and materials fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment email. No refunds will be accepted after July 13.
退款申請須於 7 月 13 日（星期一）前提出。退款將扣除 50 元行政及教材費，其餘款項將退回原付款電子郵箱。7 月 13 日後恕不接受退款申請。
Who can attend? 誰可以參加？
Campers from JK (must be currently enrolled in JK at school) to grade 6 are welcome!

Protection & Safety 保護與安全
All of our CEACT VBS camp teachers have had a vulnerable sector police check done and are Plan 2 Protect certified. For everyone’s safety, ONLY registered kids and camp staff will be permitted to attend CEACT VBS.

What time does camp begin and end each day? 暑期聖經營的時間是幾點？
The camp begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm.

What time can I drop my child off? 我什麼時候可以把孩子送過來？
You can drop your child off between 8:50am to 9:00am.

Are there before and after camp care available? 有沒有提供營會前後的看管?
We have after camp care available between 4pm to 5:30pm for $6 per day.

Why send my child to CEACT VBS camp? 為什麼要送我的孩子來參加CEACT 暑期聖經營？
Our camp provides a fun and safe environment for your child to create a memorable summer experience. There will be many hands-on projects, Bible truth drama/story time, group games, swimming and arts & crafts. We are also taking a field trip. Your child will have fun, build relationships, and make new friends!
We provide two delicious and healthy snacks a day that are hand-made on site. Your child will have tons of fun engaging with other kids and enjoying our tasty treats.

What is the cost of camp? 暑期聖經營費用多少？
- Feb 6 – Mar 1 (Early Bird): $190 per camper
- Mar 2 onward: $200 per camper

How do I make the payment? 我應該如何付款？
- Please submit payment via e-transfer to epay@ceact.ca
- Please include the follwoing informaiton when sending your payment: "VBS", the amount paid, the name(s) of the child(ren), and the email address linked to the sender's bank account in the e-transfer message field (e.g., VBS, 206, David, After Care +1 day, xxx@gmail.com).
- Registration is not complete until payment is confirmed.

What should my kid bring to camp? 我的孩子需要帶什麼來暑期聖經營？
1. Nuts-free lunch: Please pack the lunch in its own bag labeled with your child’s name. Lunches will be stored (not refrigerated) in our air conditioned facility. Given the number of campers, we won’t be able to microwave lunches.
2. Water bottle
3. Change of clothes. Please place it in a bag labeled with the child’s name.
4. Sun hat
5. Sunscreen (clearly labeled with your child's name on it).
6. Closed-toe shoes so they can have fun safely!
7. Please wear their camper t-shirt everyday
1. 無堅果午餐：請將午餐裝在袋子裡，並在袋子上寫上您孩子的名字。午餐將存放在室內，(有空調但是未冷藏）。由於孩子們眾多，我們無法提供午餐加熱的服務。

How if my child takes medication? 如果我的孩子需要服用藥物怎麼辦？
If your child requires medication during camp hours, you will need to fill out a medication instruction form prior to the camp. Medications MUST be CLEARLY labeled with the child’s name and clear instructions for how YOUR CHILD should take their own medication must be included. Camp staff are not allowed to provide any unauthorized medication or substitution to a child. Please reach out to Joyce Ho.

What if my child has allergies? 如果我的孩子有過敏怎麼辦？
Please clearly list your child’s allergies on the registration form. We are a nuts-free facility, and we will do our best to accommodate other allergies. Feel free to reach out to Joyce Ho, if you have any questions.

How if my child requires an epipen/puffer? 如果我的孩子需要 epipen 或是吸入器怎麼辦？
Please bring a cleared label epipen/puffer. You will need to fill out the associated forms prior to the camp. Please reach out to Joyce Ho.
