We are an Asian heritage church in Toronto with a mission to unleash disciplemakers from neighbours to nations. We believe discipleship happens through real relationships, and we're committed to building a community where people of all ages can grow in faith, belong deeply, and discover their calling.
This starts with our staff team. Whether you serve in a pastoral role, admin, or as an intern, you're part of a supportive community that is real with one another. People are treated as people first, not employees. We work hard because we love God and treasure the privilege to serve, but the best part of working here is the supportive culture among the staff.
If this resonates with how you want to lead and serve, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking a mature, passionate youth worker to join our team on a one-year contract covering a maternity leave. You'll lead Friday fellowships and Sunday classes, develop curriculum, provide pastoral care, and cultivate volunteer leaders. Your focus will be helping young people worship God, build community, and serve in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
You have 3+ years of youth or young adult ministry experience, theological training from an evangelical seminary, and resonate with our mission to unleash disciplemakers from neighbours to nations. You're an excellent communicator in English with a down-to-earth personality and align with our C&MA statement of faith. Mandarin fluency and counseling experience are valued.
To apply, email your resume, ministry philosophy (1-2 pages), and two references to ronnie@ceact.ca.
We're looking for someone who shares our heart: helping kids love Jesus, families, self, and each other.
As the Kids Director for the Chinese congregation, you'll connect children to God and walk alongside families in building Christ-centered homes. Through biblically sound teaching and genuine relationships, you'll cast vision, build and empower volunteer teams, and help shape passionate followers of Jesus in the next generation.
This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a genuine love for children and families. Most importantly, you're a committed follower of Jesus with a heart to serve God and the church.

We're looking for a servant-hearted person to care for our church building so that our community can gather safely and focus on ministry. As Superintendent, you'll manage building setup and maintenance, oversee our cleaning crew, and ensure our facilities are welcoming and well-maintained. You'll work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with flexibility for special events.
This role requires bilingual skills (Mandarin and English), good organizational abilities, and a willingness to do hands-on work. Most importantly, you'll have a heart to serve God and see the church thrive.
